NOLT is engaged in the business of providing credit and fund management services to customers. The products and services we offer require us to collect Personal Data about our Customers. We are committed to protecting and respecting Customers' privacy in relation to data collected. Our Customers (investors and borrowers) may be private individuals as well as business entities. In each circumstance, this privacy policy will apply. The term 'you' and 'your' shall refer to, the individuals as the investor/borrower as well as a director, partner or authorised person of the investing or borrowing entity.
